Your application
Rama Technical Institute uses the institute, contact and facilities information you provide to review your branch application, communicate a decision and manage an approved branch account. Submitting an application does not establish a franchise agreement or guarantee approval. Fees, responsibilities and partnership terms must be confirmed separately with the head office. No payments are collected here.
Information in this portal
Account passwords are stored as hashes. Application contact details are available to authorised head-office administrators. After approval, the branch name, branch code and institute address may appear in the public directory; your personal email and phone are not displayed in the directory. Branch staff can access their own branch’s student records and support requests. Head-office administrators can manage records across branches.
Student records and verification
Only enter student data that your institute is authorised to process. Student names, parent names, date of birth and course information are used for admissions and documents. Share exam access links only with the intended student. Certificate verification links disclose the student’s name, branch, course, issue date and certificate status; do not share a link without the student’s knowledge. Verification confirms an entry in the RTI register, not acceptance by any particular employer or authority.
Cookies and third-party links
This portal uses a necessary session cookie to keep you signed in and protect forms. It does not include advertising trackers. The existing learning portal, Google Forms if configured, WhatsApp and other linked services operate under their own policies.
Correction, access and deletion requests
Contact the head office to request correction or deletion of your information, or to ask about retention and record requirements. Requests are reviewed after identity verification.
